Setting Up a Campaign

As an Admin, your first step is to create a campaign.

  1. Go to Dashboard > Manage Campaigns.
  2. Click Create New Campaign and fill in the details (Name, Type, Dates).
  3. Once created, click Candidates on the dashboard to add people running in the election.
  4. Upload their photos and party symbols so they appear in WhatsApp messages.

Field Worker Guide

Your job is to visit voters and record their support.

📱 Using the App

  • Login with your Google account.
  • Go to My Tasks to see your assigned bundles (groups of houses).
  • Click on a voter's name to view their profile.
  • Record Visit: Select the result (Visited, Not Home, etc.) and their support level.
  • Pagination: Use the buttons at the bottom of the voter list to navigate through pages. Filters are preserved.
  • WhatsApp: Use the WhatsApp section to send a pre-made message to the voter.

Polling Day Operations

On election day, speed and accuracy are key.

Queue Status

Keep the public informed about line lengths.

Go to Update Queue and select your booth. Set status to Low, Medium, or High.

Marking Votes

When you know a supporter has voted:

Open their profile and change Polling Status to "Voted". This updates the live reports instantly.
